17.3 Refund policy: (a) Digital products become non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. (b) Live or scheduled courses may be refunded before the course begins, subject to an admin fee. (c) Online/self-paced courses are non-refundable once access is provided. (d) If we cancel a course, we will offer a full refund or reschedule option. (e) Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
17.4 Leaving a course voluntarily after it begins does not entitle you to a refund.
17.5 We may offer discretionary credits or transfers, but this does not set a precedent.
